Arizona's Roof Consultant, LLC inspected 9 Buildings, produced a report describing the condition of each building, recommendations for repair or replacement and the life expectancy of each roof. Presented the report to the board and explained their options. Arizona's Roof Consultant, LLC provided a written scope of work, conducted an onsite pre- bid meeting with qualified roofing contractors, compiled the bids and reviewed them with the board. The board chose to replace the roofing on certain buildings. Arizona's Roof Consultant, LLC monitored the installation and conducted the final inspections.
